Abstract of the presentation from Allianz
Allianz is using Conversational AI very successfully with the support of Bucher + Suter. Today, the solution is already in use in 17 Allianz country organisations and by 2023 Allianz expects to have automated 15-20 million conversations with the help of Conversational AI. And the journey continues: GPT-based systems, Generative AI and Conversational AI are ubiquitous and continue to fuel the use of Conversational AI.
The presentations are short and designed to inspire. In the individual sessions starting at 3:15 pm, we’ll be going a little deeper and talking further about topics such as: integration with other systems (CRM, ticketing tools, Microsoft Teams, WFO…), omnichannel strategy, knowledge management, scalability, privacy and compliance, change management, customer satisfaction, digital front end, internal acceptance, education and training, and ROI on your technology investments.
