On January 24, 2024, our company’s headquarters in Worblaufen, Bern (CH), we experienced a day filled with unforgettable moments. Customers, experts, and consultants from the Contact Center business shared their knowledge and spent a time together full of inspiration and exchange.
We all shared a common goal – successful Cloud Contact Center projects.
The positive energy and enthusiasm during the event ensured that each participant not only gained valuable insights, but also new creative impulses.

The CDX Day was all about exchanging ideas and creating a positive atmosphere. Not only technical know-how was shared, but also important experiences and challenges – an inspiring journey through various use cases.
We gained insights into the world of system integration, omnichannel strategies, knowledge management, scalability, data protection, compliance, change management, customer satisfaction, digital front ends, internal acceptance, ROI and much more.
Short presentations that inspired reflection
Discussions led to new perspectives that encouraged participants to think beyond their own boundaries. In the individual sessions, expertise was exchanged and space was created for new connections. The valuable time we spent together will certainly be remembered for a long time to come.
