The Opportunity
Join Bucher + Suter, a leader in Webex and Cisco Contact Center solutions. We are seeking a US-based marketing manager who will add strategic depth to our talented, creative-rich marketing team. This person will lead crossfunc-tional marketing initiatives, driving demand generation, content marketing, campaign management, and partner-related activities.
The role
As our Marketing Manager, you will have a versatile and impactful role, responsible for shaping and executing our marketing strategy to strengthen our brand positioning and drive growth. You will:
- Work with the head of marketing to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and support Bucher + Suter’s broader goals.
- Work with a talented creative team and help manage content creation, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and social media, to enhance Bucher + Suter’s brand awareness and generate inbound interest.
- Create and execute co-branded initiatives with partners, such as webinars, co-branded events, and joint campaigns to expand our market reach.
- Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to organize sponsorships or hosting of events in the US.
- Collaborate with our US Head of Sales and Salesforce Partner Manager to support partner-focused marketing initiatives that ensure strong engagement with Cisco and Salesforce.
- Leverage Salesforce MCAE (Pardot) to build nurture campaigns, communicate with our embedded base, and track performance to ensure we’re maximizing impact.
- Use Google Analytics to analyze website traffic and campaign performance, continuously deriving insights to improve marketing activities and SEO.
Your Profile
- At least two years of experience in marketing, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of lead generation (and nurturing), content strategy, and campaign management.
- Excellent writing skills and a creative mindset, capable of producing content that resonates with both technical and business audiences.
- Ability to work independently and remotely manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Native English level proficiency.

- Experience with:
- WordPress or a similar CMS
- Salesforce CRM
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot)
- Google Analytics
- Event management tools like Eventbrite
- Webinar hosting tools like Webex
- Experience in the contact center, collaboration, or telecommunications space.
- Demonstrated success in running both inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, ideally with a focus on B2B technology solutions.
- Experience working with partners in a co-marketing capacity.
- Eastern time zone preferred.
